All rescue groups and shelters are in need of funding NOW!
For all of us who work so hard we’re stuck to wonder how.
As much love & care these dogs still need we can’t pay bills with love,
And prayers to higher powers can’t send funds from up above
But Dog by Dog there is a way to do what we do best;
We’re in the trenches every day - but hope you’ll each invest.
There’s 8 right now we can assist and get each placed by DASH
The only thing they’re missing is kind sponsors who send cash*
Imagine all the love they’ll get, remember all their faces;
For them, at least, we CAN & will be able to make spaces
That’s what we need, we’ll do the rest, the homes, the care, the drives;

Bella’s Story
Now BELLA, The Dog FKA Finley, whose photo-chronology will be posted in the thread - she was SHOT at close range, 4 times in her face/head/eye on one side and jaw on the other 😞☹️🥲
But through initial support from a rural shelter and her AMAZING 1st FOSTER Family, this sweet girl surprised, survived and unbelievably THRIVED.
DASH received her with open arms; unfortunately she still needed untold medical expenses - the first week of December.
DASH, our available friends & I personally spent $2000 to ensure Her health & safety as well of those of all dogs expecting intake & those who needed temp homes.
NO REGRETS - BELLA/FINLEY KNOWS! We made her ADOPTABLE just in time for Christmas!
But by then everyone had their holiday plans & we only had 7 adoptions. 7 in a month we average placing 35-40 dogs & puppies into Solid, Forever Homes.
SO WE NEED TO RAMP IT UP FOR 2022! Dogs & Puppies (in safe hold) are awaiting our calls!
